Sticky Rice with Mango






INGREDIENTS

Glutinous Rice 250 g
Ripe Mango 1 [or frozen cubes]
Sugar 50g
Coconut Milk 200 ml
Mint Leaves


Method:



    1. Wash and soak the rice for 
    1-2 hours then drain.
   2. Steam the rice about 15 minutes 
    until cook. Keep it cool.



    3. Put the coconut milk and sugar
    together to boil about 10minutes 
    then let it cool. 
     4. Put the sticky rice in a small bowl 
     then tip it over a serve plate. Add 
     the cool coconut syrup.

Cut mango into small pieces or use the frozen mango cubes.
After sprinkle the mango pieces on top with the mint leaves, then serve.
