Pumpkin Sweet Sesame

After Dinner Sweet Dishes


2 Cup Grated Pumpkin 
4Tsp Sesame Seeds 
1 1/2 Cup Rock Sugar
2 Cup Water
6 tsp cornstarch
6 Tsp Water
1 1/2 cup         Coconut Milk


   1. Remove skin from the pumpkin and 
   grate it. Add water and the grated 
   pumpkin to boil until smooth.
    2. Stir fry the sesame over low heat till 

   3. Then add rock sugar and coconut milk
    to the  boiling grated pumpkin.
     4. Mix the cornstarch with 6 tablespoon 
     of water add to thicken the soup. Then
     stir the sesame seeds in the soup 
     and turn off the fire. 

Pumpkin Sweet Sesame Soup is ready to be serve hot.
